We’ll visit your home to solidify our understanding of your needs and get a feel for the physical space.
After a careful walkthrough, we’ll review your questionnaire responses, and discuss any questions or ambiguities.
PREMIUM upgrade:
We’ll scan your room with our 3D cameras and create a virtual tour — giving you a multidimensional understanding of the space, and an experiential “before” video you can enjoy with your family.
We’ll get to work — and develop a moodboard, or initial concept board, based on your vision and needs.
Once that’s complete, we’ll schedule a virtual (or in-office) meeting to review the board and discuss. Drawing on your feedback, we’ll make any necessary adjustments — up to two rounds of revisions.
You’ll come to our office (or virtually) so we can present the Final Curated Design Board — along with live samples of all finishes, fabrics, and colors.
This board features every design element in your room — from the lighting to the drapery to the accessories.
We have 5000 materials and hundreds of furniture pieces on-site, so you’ll be able to see (and feel) the products before making a buying decision.
If any final adjustments are needed, we’ll make those together.
Now that we’ve finalized the design, we’ll make sure all pieces fit exactly to scale in the room.
Does the night lamp plug in seamlessly? Will the sectional fit through the doorway? Does the mattress height align with the headboards?
We’ll create a design schematic — a full room layout sketch — and present it to you in our office (or virtually).

This presentation will take place in your home, allowing you a full-body understanding of the layout — so you can clear up any questions on the spot.
We’ll prepare a detailed, itemized list of every product featured in the design — including pricing and where to buy it — so you can make the most informed purchasing decisions.
